HOW ARE YOU FEELING?
Do you feel sluggish and fatigued? Brain fog? Stomach issues and irregular bowel movements? Inflammation in the body? Eczema, psoriasis, and dry skin? Depression and anxiety? These symptoms could be caused by what you are eating and one way to find out is to eliminate the top inflammatory foods and adjust your meal plan with foods for your body for 21 days with me by your side.
WHAT ARE THE TOP INFLAMMATORY FOODS THAT WE WILL BE ELIMINATING?
Corn, eggs, gluten, dairy, sugar, processed meat and other processed foods. You will be eating mostly whole living foods, getting all of those vitamins and minerals that our bodies so desperately need, because guess what…vitamin D is the ONLY vitamin that our body naturally produces!! Out of all of the vitamins we need, just one! So, when we are eating all of those processed and highly inflammatory foods, our digestive system is too busy trying to fight off the “foreign objects” to be able to absorb the good stuff. Then, on top of that, serotonin, our “happy hormone”, is produced in our gut so if it is fighting off everything else, it doesn’t get produced efficiently, which is one reason depression (for long periods of time) and anxiety are so high.
So, are you ready to feel good? Have more energy? Give your system and metabolism a good, healthy jumpstart? And, give it a much needed break? Then this is for you!

I will have you take an Ayurveda mind/body type quiz. This will tell me ways that we can incorporate foods that work for you. You may wonder, what is Ayurveda? It is a long time practiced, Indian mind-body medicine that looks at all aspects within your mental, physical, emotional systems to bring it all into balance in a natural way. Which I am all about doing all as naturally as possible and using what has been at our fingertips for centuries. We can discuss more during the following call.
After you’ve taken your quiz, we will schedule our first call to go in detail about your results and discuss more about you, your lifestyle, and your personal goals. Then, most importantly, you will pick your start date. Up until that day, I will work on a customized meal plan & recipes for you to utilize throughout your 21 days.
We will meet once more before starting to go over your shopping list, ways to prep, and other tips & tools for your journey. As well as, schedule out our weekly follow-up calls for the following month to check in and go over any obstacles, achievements, and results as time progresses.
Our final call will be to celebrate you and all of your hard work. We will go over how you feel and how to continue this lifestyle if it is something you want to keep doing or to slowly incorporate back some of the other foods to see if they cause any issues…then you will know which ones are the culprits. You will be able to tell the difference in so many ways. Physically, mentally, energetically.
