More About the Journeys
What is a Journey created by TYH? What will you experience?
The best way I can explain what these journeys are…is they are an experience within the mind and body that are led by verbal guidance but created and visualized by you. It is a meditation infused with music, light body movement, breathwork, somatic practices, and energy clearing. There is a flow to them of awareness, intention, breath (life force), grounding, connection, acknowledgment of negative emotions, release, connection to the Divine, activating inner wisdom and guidance, remembrance of our true nature of love and light, gratitude & affirmation, and protection of energy. These are all key components that I feel are needed to truly process and integrate. To connect back to YOU. Through this process we will energetically move negative energies out of your body and bring back in as well as remember the good, beautiful energies within. Each journey will incorporate connecting to one or more of the Chakras depending on what needs to be shifted within.

What are the different services?
1:1 Guided Journey & Energy Clearing - These journeys will be selected based on what you're needing - grounding, taking action, inner child healing, chakra balancing, joy, clarity...
The journey itself can take 35 to 45 minutes. Throughout the journey, we will clear out and release any negative energies to help you find the answers and direction you need from within. So that you can hear your inner guidance. At the end, I will pull an oracle card to assist in the guidance from the divine feminine.
Group Guided Journey & Energy Clearing - Must have a minimum of 3 people up to 6 total ($30 per person). We can hold these in your home in person or virtually. Find a quiet space where you are able to sit comfortably and lay down if you would like.
These journeys will be selected based on what you're needing - grounding, taking action, inner child healing, chakra balancing, joy, clarity and may include all aspects...and as a group we will raise each other's energy as a collective.

Recorded Guided Meditations & Journeys - Currently a work-in-progress and will be available soon
Journeys for Creator Experiences - Existing journeys can be purchased for use within programs and to offer clientele as well as customized journeys can be created based on your program and purpose. For customized, there will be an initial consultation & set-up fee ( included in purchase price). Price depends on length and how many meditations and/or journeys are requested. A file will be shared for your use but Truly Your Healing keeps all rights to the content to continue use at will.
