Life has been a rollercoaster of extreme highs and lows. Through the darkest of times, I have found the brightest of light within myself.  And, the most invaluable thing I have ever done is love myself for all that I am, even the things that I hid, shamed, and hated.  In loving the most unlovable parts of me, I have become more whole, more calm within, enjoy life more, and no longer feel like I have to control everything.  Read more on My Story.

I am a Maven, Energy Healer, and Self-Love Guide. The past 14 years have been learning about all things holistic to bring balance, inner harmony, and healing to my mind and body which has allowed me to connect more on a soul level. But, the most important piece along this journey is that I learned to love myself entirely. I am very passionate about helping you find your inner guidance and bring you back to your true self. To love your self. Each beautiful soul has different wants, needs, and desires, as well as past traumas that reside within the body. My goal is to empower, teach, and guide you along your healing journey to remove those blockages, to find the peace and trust within, and connect you to your divine self.
